all to do about Cancer, i have learned a lot but won't pretend i know enough

yea there's a lot of survivors.

A friend had a kidney tumor.10 (cm?) that had metastasized to spine

they managed it well during the three years he lived
except he'd get used to the chemo and then they would go to another chemo drug as he got used to it.

he didn't die of cancer.
he died of liver failure because the radiation plus chemo killed his liver

i once knew a lady with breast cancer.
they installed a cath.
they gave her a PURSE@!!!!
and in the purse were her chemo drugs.S

She would hook herself up and go ride the bus to the hospital during chemo delivery

breast cancer is so weirdly different

i noticed that the women who get disability from breast cancer mostly get it due to lymphadenitis as a side effect of the chemo and radiation that makes using arms painful.

I realize that breast cancer is very different than other types but....

I know 3 women who had breast cancer in 2010

35 yrs old- she had chemotherapy + radiation
45 yrs old- she had chemotherapy only
55 yrs old- she had chemotherapy + mastectomy

All 3 survived well. Can you believe it?

I'm not sure what I'd do if I had cancer, but I lean towards none of the above.
Easy to say when I don't have cancer though. Hopefully.
