They didn't ask me disconnect vs name change, because it is clear they knew their business

There did not seem to be any dashboards involved

On the other hand cable still has not sent me an email

We made sufficient concessions with the closing date, for which reason we turned our lives upside down


We are not desperate to sell. Again, we made a concession , as we were not planning to sell, at least not this early. I was planning to stay til covid got under better control. Alabama is a hot spot right now and I would have to stay in a hotel for the last week of settlement

My sister and her husband feel we underpriced. She also noted I already fixed a hand full of things that might be on his list of things needing repair
