No more benefiber for ma today. That stuff really binds you up. I know
because I use it in monkeys and it works.

I just started the gravlax. I think I might have bought a tiny bit too
much.
It just didn’t look that... BIG... in the store.
Now in the refrigerator it looks like enough for maybe 10 people.
Maybe it’ll shrink when it’s done.
Meh, The brother in law can eat it if it ends up being too much.

Btw I have no plans to make the dipping sauce, couldn’t do it even if I
tried., have no idea what’s in it.
So send My sister to get ingredients for it if it matters to anyone, I like
gravlax no sauce better anyway.
