like i said in the other post real estate is so weird these days
covid fueled low interest rates primed by the fed activity
these low rates ended in our finally caving in and selling our property to hopeful buyers
prices weirdly go up because the available stock falls due to demand and so many buyers bidding prices up due to low interest rates
in fact, the guy that bought our proper made it His responsibility for all repairs, bought as is, not to mention he had been after us to sell since December before covid and sent us all those whiny letters
That’s his choice, not our responsibility.
Nothing in that house “requires” repairs to live in it. Everything is livable and safe.
(I would need to keep doing landscape work if we don’t sell it. I’m tired.)
