I’m training for the NYC women’s only 1/2 marathon on April 25th. I’ve never done anything like this before. Until this training I’d never run more than 3 miles. It feels good to be in decent shape and amazing that no matter what happens on race day,==Blog Post Before and After Running

scented geranium. The same confusion exists locally and it is also called citronella though this is deceiving as it is not true citronella and does not have the properties usually associated with citronella.

True citronella is a grass. Cymbopogon nardus. Sister plant of lemongrass, which is C.citratus
