My review was way back in March long before anyone knew that the new company was buying us,
My boss has this “weirdness” manager thing that he will “fix” people.
I know this because he told me his lifelong manager goal was to “fix” the animosity between teams and the investigators.
Every company in America, and investigators hate each other.
It’s inherent in the job. They are on eternally opposite sides of every argument.
He might as well try to fix the rift between republicans and democrats, or Israel and Palestine.... that’s how impossible it would be.
In fact the monthly meetings with investigators that he made me sit through starting in 2019, I called those meetings Middle East Peace Talks. He did not think that was funny.
