It is snow season up north and i am glad i am not on the road with snow
plows

I clearly remember thinking "That truck is gonna plow right into that
stopped van, just as I'm driving by it"
But "He's gonna opt to kill me instead" never crossed my mind. Until I
couldn't believe he actually did just that.
And had he driven into me, because it was such a big truck, he'd have a
broken headlight and a dented grille. and I'd have been either dead or
critically injured.

When I told Ma the story, I skipped my first thought and only told her my
second one.

it’s pretty rich of the whackadoodles to get all worked up about an extra
day of on-demand voting here, while they’re so busy purging voter rolls in
(mostly) southern states and suppressing voting anywhere else they can.
