I saw an article yesterday where Russia was laying white cloth on the
ground at some national winter sport competition in Siberia because there
was so much trash and filth on the ground, they covered it to look like
snow.

From a distance it really looked like snow. Until you saw the edges where
the cloth was cut, and all the garbage just beyond the edges.
