I would like to start thinking about marketing my home more or less March 11, that's well within the 2 years time frame

In part, I have got my fingers crossed for a transfer back to DC, which would make me happy wouldn't it.
But if I can't effectuate by March, I will need to realistically think about marketing at that time, as it is obviously a huge drain on my wallet right now
