Sometimes I see monarch caterpillars sitting upright like an S when they are molting.
But only the small ones.

When there’s a late night knock at your door
When you slow dance

The “borough” is the town part of the town. Courthouse, shops, buses, train station, tourists, museums, foot traffic common. Historic residential houses with very small yards all situated close to each other. Crowded. And far too many zoning laws, in my opinion. Like rejecting my greenhouse.

The “township” is the outskirts of town. Typical suburb, no foot traffic, large lawns and 2 car garages….
There’s far more room for a flower farm in the township then in the borough.

Poetry reviewer Paul Breslin noted that Harper did this by drawing “upon black history, literature, and myth.” However, Harper was distinctive in that he often sought to bridge the traditional separation between black America and white America, writing poems that speak across the divide and draw upon elements of the racial, historical, and personal past of all Americans.

The jewel weed in some photos have more orange
Ours back in Phil's were more yellow

I never had jewel weed here before.
Then I brought home some other dug up plant from Ma, must’ve had seeds in the soil, and now I have jewel weed all around my greenhouse.
They’re easy to get rid of when they get to be too much though.
I always leave a couple for the hummingbirds though.

A couple days ago,, when an english guy posted id request and kept insisting it was a blueberry, a meme was born

The original was deleted

Fluid bullfrog 9382 did a great job of recreating it

Someone made a post asking if a berry plant that definitely was not blueberry, was blueberry. Commenters said it was not blueberry, OP then said "but I'm in SE England", commenters said still not blueberry, OP said "but it's next to a tree", commenters again said still not blueberry. This is now a meme in this group. Hopefully explained it well enough

Every pic you see someone says something about blueberries

We could tumble like a weed in the wind,
Or we could scatter like the leaves in a storm,
Or we could stand like an oak,
And laugh at the joke==Maureen Mcgovern – We Could Have It All
