Bon ton was across the street from my house, so very convenient. It's like a mini-Macy's, has everything.
But horribly overpriced.
And now gone

Perhaps this is justifiable — there is certainly no requirement that a writer deal with any particular subject — and yet it has been an avoidance. When I have written about them before I have felt that I was doing little more than putting down a mark, leaving an opening, that I would later have to go back to and fill.--Wendell Berry

But geez, over the weekend.

A concert In spite of the rain, it was really good.

Tons of people standing in the rain dancing to music, raincoats and garbage bags prominent part of the vista.

I came home with several salsas and olives.

Oh ok and bezel set hessonite garnet.

I have been looking for this stone for five years.

It was a real score, because rarely carried it in anything other than millimeter accents or cabachon.

mine is emerald cut with extraordinary facets making it hot orange.

I had to control myself and prevent myself from buying an exquisite almost 4 carat grossular garnet ring by another jeweler.
It would have cost 4,500

The best show was by a jeweler. had paraiba tourmalines for 1,500 a carat.

I think the screeching for today is basically over, I hope

Bloodied noses from left field jabs,
