Night this invasive grass

One time when my neighbor was walking his dogs, he mentioned that one of the males he was babysitting liked to lick/kiss one of the other male dogs, and said “he must be gay, I can’t imagine where he learned that from, (laughing) but certainly not from watching me and J”
That’s the only clue I got, so I don’t know if they live together or not. But his house is not small. 3 bedrooms (I looked it up on Redfin) and estimated worth 600K

This was early on, many months ago, and the only way I knew he was gay.
He never actually said “I’m gay” at the time. Though he’s said so since.

Tulip house down to $734K now YIKES that’s 30% down from original asking price 5months ago. I honestly never thought it would get that low.
Nobody wants that house!!!
It’s starting to bloom up with all the daffodils and tulips now, so there’s no time like the present to finally sell it, when it looks its best, in spring.
I’ll get some pictures of it next week.

$10K by the way sounds exorbitant for my driveway, even if a “real” company, so if he’s running a scam that’s supposed to be a “deal”, it’s not a very good one.
The Irish guy who did my driveway last time was $1000
I realize that was 15 years ago but TEN TIMES more now? I doubt it.
The recent estimate for my roof was only $10K and those cost a lot more than driveways.

So I told the guy I need money for a roof first.
He said “we do roofs too”
I said I already had a contractor (I got an estimate last year but haven’t hired them yet)
He asks me to tell him what I got for an estimate.
I know he was asking that so he could use it as a baseline for his next customer scam.--

He is still being a brat foodwise, my neighbor is still feeding him garbage and yesterday he decided to become a cow because he spent some ten minutes grazing on grass

To top it off his behavior towards me has changed

how the red chicken would run away from my sister

Now when i am in the neighbor's house, if i call him, he hides under the bed because he is sure i am ready to do alien probe on him

I expect with the amount of grass he ate yesterday, he will be horking all day long
