I will probably retire 8 months from now..
I really want out
I am sick of the institutionalized fraud, and this so called new leadership
- the con artist supreme - means fraud will get worse not better

i think my favorite part of the memos was how chock full of garbage
consultant lingo they are and i know from experience they paid many
millions of dollars to have them write them purty words

There's pluses to living in Birmingham - places to go for lunch without
rushing, lots more to munch than 1 dollar chocolate vending machine bars.
But the negative is getting lost in the size of the place, very impersonal
and industrial.

Every time I hear employees whine about having to write, I wonder if it is
a crazy person they are drafting for or someone who actually wants to you
to work and think.

I remember whenever I wrote for the allegedly hardest to write for staff in
the office, I got nothing but compliments. and kept my numbers up all
through it and never had to use their crazy macros or anything else. I
can't tell you how many times the allegedly toughest ones remarked that my
drafts were "perfect".

The writers (every office not just mine) who say that someone is hard are
just people who have no work ethic,I've decided that is so anyway. They
all want to be the boss or get high salaries without putting in the work.
Asking identify the page where you found adverse evidence is hard how? You
would be expected to do as much in any other job, why must we be lazy and
show the world we don't care about our work product.

These tendencies to want to have the easy way out will catch up with us
much like other governmental implosions have caught up with other
agencies.

One employee was whining to me the other day abuot Priveleged info she
caught that she had to have taken out (i told her to route it to her boss
because I don't have authority to take it out). I apologized to her being
such a hard taskmaster and making her feel so awful about doing the work
of a horrible taskmaster, i must make her feel as if I am forcing her to
auschwitz and said, I am making that reference because of my mom who is a
survivor and then I said that I needed to give some money to a charity as a
mitzvah for doing these horrible things to her. I had had it and was so
glad to go home as it was the end of the day. Her supervisor thought I was
joking. I wasn't. I really don't understand why being paid to do a well
paid job requires so much whining.
