All of Russia's Black Seafloor fleet is holed up in the Sea of Azov or the port of
Novorissysk. The Russians are mining the harbor and the mouth of the Azov. Not that the
Azov is any use. A Ukrainian attack on an oil depot closed the Don, the Russian's access
to the Azov. They'll have great difficulty supplying Crimea and the southeastern front.
This also closes the Volga canal access to Russia's industrial heartland.
Meanwhile, the Romanians, Bulgarians and Turks are removing Russia's mines from the grain
route in the western Black Sea.
Emergency contact and instructions to donate to residents of Kharkiv.

I watched a good chunk of a thing on Ukraine war on C Span at end of June.
as much as i could stand.

One thing that stayed with me is one of the speakers said that russia
excels in only artillery warfare and has good production on artillery and
related supplies. But not everything else

So they keep trying to rope Ukraine into more and more artillery battles

if you want to win, don’t play or change the game

Only the latter fits here. They have to play to survive. Focusing on some
of the things you listed seems to be a way to change the game. I guess
there is more to be done I have not imagined.

The Czechs are contracting hundreds of thousands artillery shells around the globe.
Basically, the EU funded the purchase of them from all over. Even Serbia sold shells to
the Czechs. They can disavow their use in Ukraine since all they did was sell some shells
on the open global arms market. :)

The russkies can find a way to blame anyone for anything. So I would not
totally rely on the open market theory.

Maybe the russkies are planning on attacking and annexing Greenland next.
You know, before trump tries to buy it again.
