Yes, the carts at whole foods are routinely piled very high with produce.
Also some prepared foods, like breads and cereals, but produce appears to
be the most abundantly purchased item. Sometimes it looks so good, all the
bright colors, that when I see it in someone else's cart I go back and get
the same thing somebody else got, just because its so pretty. Red peppers
and purple cabbage are particularly pretty.
This is like retro news... Ma told me she bathed like 3 hours ago, i know
this because we discussed it in past tense at like 5pm today, she told me
she had a hard time so i promised I'd wash her hair for her next week. Why
would she bathe again now?
Hhhhmmm..... I'm suspicious, now.
My friend Sean was overweight though he ate all good whole food only, no
junk.
He started eating half of everything, but made no other changes in his
lifestyle, and lost like 40lbs.
