Dumplings are a fail
They do not stick together and fall apart the second you put them in the water
This may be my fault the recipe calls for sole which they didn’t have so I subbed cod

Sole just might have been flakier
So tonight it is leek fennel broth with cod flakes

Still good

The broth is delicious though

When I make clams for ma I take them out of the shells and chop them
