I love rhinos.

They are so beautiful
I love watching them run
They are so graceful

It occurred to me that there is a huge difference in the way my sister and
i eat because of i cook and so sandwiches are a rarity for me

My meals have always been high protein, high vegetables, low carb, so i
have always eaten little bread, pasta and almost never desserts. I do not
think i have bought ice cream in forty years.

From a pure flavor perspective, it is what i enjoy. It is not a diet or
done for health reasons

As long as i get enough salt, i usually function well

interference case was doing everything to paint Michael Cohen as a scum,
drugs sex etc
All of which he basically admitted
They turned a two hour trial into days long
And not even getting good coverage for their trouble

It is helpful to know the rules, but not very clear how some work - like
setting up a trust form an inheritance.
Only problem, the person whose info we are reviewing inherited it a few
years back - it wasn't sold then
and is being sold now and she will be turning 65 in march.
There may be a problem with the timing. After 3 - 4 years, it may no
longer be considered an inheritance... don't know.
The other problem is, we are in VA and she is in PA. I gather from the
trust guy here that he can't do anything for a PA person.... and he
doesn't know of a good person in PA. It seems that knowledge of how to
set these up is a specialty item <G>.

I don't see how she can sell the stuff and not lose her SSI.
10 thousand is a lot of money. Maybe the advanced paid funeral idea is
about the best - that at least isn't counted against her SSI and should
take a good chunk of the money.
Pity her folks didn't have the guts to sell the stuff off when they
still controlled it and put the cash into a trust back then. It isn't
as if any of said stuff was ever used. The problem is, they couldn't
bear to sell off family things either. <shrug> the intent was good,
but the reality is dumb.

Such is life.
It appears there is little we can do now.
